With polychrome decoration in the center Venus and love, Venus at the foot of a rock is sitting leaning towards the left;

The composition is taken from an engraving of the series "Scherzi di amore" by Odoardo Fialetti.

Sculpted wooden frame with gilded shells and acanthus leaves of later period.

Diam: 16,5cm - Diam: 33cm with the frame.

First half of the eighteenth century.
