Two baluster-shaped Delft earthenware jugs with slightly canted sides, decorated in blue shades of Chinese characters on a background

of landscape in the style of Chinese porcelain from the transition period.

Same cliché used for part of the decoration of these two vases and identical "3" mark on both vases.

End of the seventeenth century.

High: 30.8cm and 30cm

A restored shine to the neck and base of one.

Label of the Nicolier house.
