  Rare box of circular shape in boxwood decorated on each side with two small Moustiers faience medallions with polychrome decoration on the cover is a God on a chariot drawn by two horses, the reverse of the box representing a dog lying on the landscape background The interior in white earthenware edged with tortoiseshell - Second half of the eighteenth century - Boxwood boxes were a specialty of Aiguines, a village a few kilometers from Moustiers.
