DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours maximum after receipt of payment.

For shipments in France:

Delivery is by default Colissimo against signature (between 8 € and 15 €) with an indicative delivery time of 2-3 days after shipment.

For shipments to abroad:

Delivery is by default by DHL International (25 €, within 4-8 days after shipping

For special occasion (birthday gift ...), feel free to contact us for a priority mail.

Special care is taken to our package - our Packages are oversized and protected properly.

As specified in the terms and conditions, the transmission is done at the risk of the purchaser.

If problems or unusually long delays, please contact us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have a period of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return some or all of your order.

If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday / busy, it is extended until the first following working day.

Pursuant to the terms of sale, only the items returned in suitable packaging will be accepted. Returned items must be in salable condition.

You then have a choice:

- To be repaid, without penalty, the return costs are at your expense.

- To exchange your item. Return postage and shipping your new article you are offered.

What is the procedure to follow?

If you want to trade or make a product, simply write to contact@bils-ceramiques.com indicating the return patterns.

we will send you the voucher or refund and the mailing label in the case of free trade. So prepare your parcel accompanied the following:

- Print the mailing label and stick it on your package (website: https://boutique.laposte.fr)

- Print out the return form (exchange or refund) and insert it in your package

- Items in their original packaging

Go to the nearest Post Office and the package will be supported after being scanned.
