Earthenware bottle bucket from Saint-Amand-les-Eaux - Eighteenth century
Rare earthenware bottle bucket from Saint-Amand-les-Eaux decorated with a small polychrome fire of a landscape in a medallion surmounted by agrarian attributes. this decor is inspired by the works of the painter Louis Watteau (Valenciennes 1731 - Lille 1798), nephew of the great Antoine Watteau. The reverse of this cooler is decorated with a large fluted vase, the handles are in the shape of branches. Marked by the Fauquez manufacture in manganese below - Eighteenth century
