The motif of the garland of twigs called Monsieur de Calonne was created in Arras and is inspired, according to tradition, by the embroidery stick that Mr. de Calonne
wore on his jabot: was the motif invented for a service that was offered to him? This decoration is subject to a special price, slightly higher than that called
